Here’s my recipe for Armenian Bulgur Pilaf and unlike white rice it is CLEAN! SO easy and so good for you!
- 1 cup coarse bulgur
- 1 can of Beef broth
- 1 can of water
- some spaghetti broken up in little pieces
- 1/2 stick of butter
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add spaghetti pieces and brown.
- Add in bulgur and mix. Add 1 can of Beef broth and then 1 can of water. Add salt/pepper.
- Bring to boil. Then reduce to med heat and cover. Cook until water is absorbed about 30 min.
