I typically eat cottage cheese with fruits as a snack but I came up with this variation in trying to satisfy my cravings for chocolate chip ice cream while keeping the protein amount high.
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese
- 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 packet of Truvia
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.
- Put in container and freeze for about 1 hour. Makes 1 serving
