What should you make when you’re craving Tacos and following the 21 Day FIX meal plan? Taco lettuce wraps!
- Just brown some ground beef or turkey.
- Add taco seasoning (either store bought or make the your own which is 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp salt.
- Take 3 large Romaine lettuce leafs and top with taco meat mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Enjoy!
