This marinade is so flavorful you’ll skip the steak sauce! I make this all the time and eat it on top of a garden salad for dinner!
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 lbs of flank steak (2 large)
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, black pepper and oregano.
- Score both sides of meat, diamond cut. Rub garlic mixture into both sides of meat. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Flip meat every few hours.
- Grill outside on lightly oiled grate or in oven on broiler pan until desired doneness.
