I love anything spicy and this is perfect recipe for a spicy hummus that can be used as a dip and served with carrots, celery or pita bread. Or it can be used to make a healthy lunch if you add it to a flaxseed tortilla and add some grilled chicken and lettuce…… Buffalo Chicken Wrap!
- 15oz. can of chickpeas (rinsed well and drained)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (I used Frank’s Hot sauce)
- 1/4 cup water
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
