I served this on top of spaghetti squash as my “noodles” and it was delicious! This was a “clean” recipe that did not sacrifice taste at all and allows me not to miss eating pasta!
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup packed, fresh basil
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend with an immersion blender (or blend in a regular blender) until smooth. Add water to reach your desired consistency. Eat and Enjoy! This recipe makes about 2 cups.
