This chickpea snack can satisfy your cravings for something savory. I liked them best when eaten right out of the oven!
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed and patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place well-dried chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix well with all ingredients in a large bowl. Once cooked, transfer the chickpeas to the bowl and toss until well coated. Serve warm or let cool and store in airtight container.
